So I’ve been trying to switch as many of my personal care products over to cleaner (less chemical filled) alternatives and one of the places I’ve struggled is facial care. All the ‘good stuff’ is significantly more than I want to spend
** I do not sell or rep ANY of these products**
The 1st thing I did was make my own night time cream, it is a mix of olive oil lotion, Shea butter and a few essential oils (I honestly cant remember what I think Blue Tansy, Lavender, Geranium
So this month I decided to challenge myself to actually take care of my skin, here is the plan:
Mornings:
- Wash off face with Norwex Body cloth
- Use Olive Oil base lotion (Plant Therapy) on it’s own or with my foundation to make a tinted moisturizer on work days
When I get home:
- Wash of makeup with Norwex Makeup Removal Cloth
Night:
- Wash face with Countermatch
- Use 2 pumps of Overnight Resurfacing Peel every other night for 2 weeks, then switch to 1 pump.
- Use my Homemade night cream
Daily:
- Drink a minimum of H2O daily (not counting any coffee) with a goal of 100 oz
