There seems to be a misconception out there that if you just eat the ‘right foods’ (i.e. not pre-packaged full of junk stuff but real food) you can eat as much as you would like and not gain weight. Wrong! Calories still do and always will matter. If your eating more than your body can process in a day then you will gain weight, if you are eating less, then you will lose. It’s pretty simple really. While you body might run better, and process clean foods more efficiently that doesn’t eliminate the calories.
