Back on the healthy train.

So here we go guys I’m officaly back to work (as of today) and jumping back on the healthy train. To be fair I never jumped off the train intirely I just moved back a few cars from the engine. But now I’m going to work my way back forward.

I decided to take a pretty big  jump and signed up for a Diet Bet. What is that? Well I ‘bet’ $25.00 that I could lose 4% of my weight in 28 days. So did a bunch of other people. Those that succed split the pot at the end of the 28 days, those who don’t lose their money. Now I can already hear your objections so listen up. I did not do this because I think I need to lose weight. I know I don’t, but I also know that if I get back to eating healthy and being active along with breast feeding it will happen anyway so why not add some motivation?

Hubby has been so good for the last few months infact he has lost over 15lbs! But I have not been the most supportive because I felt that I could eat whatever I wanted. Well no more.

We have been doing great at eating more at home and sticking to our dining out budget so that helps alot.
