This weekend I ran my 2nd ‘fun run’ of the year. My first was the Go Commando and now The Color Run. I didn’t time it there was no racing involved just good old fun. So this post will be mostly pictures.
The really fun part was it was my friends M’s first run ever! She has been training inside so the humidity hit Her but we did intervals of power walking and running and she did great! Can’t wait till October for her first timed run.
