This is a pre-written post since I’m on a cruise this week 😉
So right now I’m hanging out in Key west with my friend K&N and my hubby. Lots of walking should help counter act all the yummy food but just in case it dosen’t I have a plan to run at least 3 days on the ship.
Sunday- 3 miles
Tuesday- 3 miles
Friday-6-8 miles
So why the range on Friday? Well it all depends on weather or not running on a moving track makes me sea sick… I really hope to make it for the 8 miles but we shall see. Since my 1/2 marathon is only 1 week after I get back I really want to get my mileage in…
