For my birthday last week I decided to make strawberry- rhubarb crisp into work. However for one reason or another quite a few of my co workers don’t eat gluten. So I combined a few recipes and made up a few things with the help of my local Trader Joes employees and ended up making a pretty good Crisp. So good in fact I didn’t have time to take a shot of it completed it was gone so go ahead and try it!

This is great. I have a coworker with Celiac Disease & this would be a great option! I always feel so bad for her at potlucks because she’s so limited on what she can eat. A lot of us try to be accomodating but she just has SO many restrictions that sometimes something gets forgotten about.
We have a few pescatarians, one vegetarian…and two who are allergic to shellfish. Always makes it interesting!
