10k Training: Results and Starting Week 3

First off just for fun I finaly got the results from my 7k! Although they are just based on my GPS time not my chip….aparently it was faulty 🙁  Plus they added a min + a few seconds to the time I submitted, bummer. Hope my next chip timmed race goes better.

Secondly here is my progress in my training from the last 2 weeks
 

Week 1

  • Tuesday- 3 Miles EZ         29:37
  • Thursday- 3 Miles EZ       29:48
  • Friday- Vinyasa Yoga     I did Hot Yoga…it was great!
  • Saturday- 3 Miles EZ        Switched and did the 5 Miles 53:06
  • Sunday- 5 Miles LSD        Good Thing I switched I got rained out

Week 2

  • Tuesday- 3 Miles EZ          30:13
  • Wednesday- Pilaties          Reformer Class,  so fun!
  • Thursday- 4 Miles EZ       40:00
  • Saturday- 3 Miles EZ        29:19
  • Sunday- 5Miles LSD          47:49

EZ- Run at conversational Pace        LSD- Long Slow Distance

Here are the next 2 weeks ( Now we start adding the miles)

Week 3

  • Tuesday- 3 Miles EZ
  • Thursday- 5 Miles w/2 Miles @ Tempo
  • Friday- Hot Yoga
  • Saturday- 3 Miles EZ
  • Sunday- 6 Miles LSD

Week 4

  • Tuesday- 3 Miles EZ
  • Thursday- 5 Miles w/2 Miles @ Tempo
  • Friday- Vinyasa Yoga
  • Saturday- 3 Miles EZ
  • Sunday- 7 Miles LSD

 EZ- Run at conversational Pace        LSD- Long Slow Distance
