CSA of sorts.

First of all for those of you who don’t know a CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Typically this means you buy a share of a farmers crop for the year and then either get it delivered or pick it up weekly or biweekly. If that sounds good to you go to www.localharvest.org. to find one near you.

I’m doing a different kind of CSA this year (in addition to my own small garden.) I’m doing the kind you work for. so this month I’m helping a friend start a brand new big garden. She was in a car accident a while back and still can’t do too much heavy work. i.e. digging, plowing, putting up a fence and trellis. So Myself and a few other people are going to help her out and in exchange we are going to get produce all summer/fall!

What a great idea huh? Maybe a friend of yours has too much garden to handle offer to help out for trade it will be good for both of you.
