Ok, this is a super simple but cute way to display your Christmas cards this season.
We’ve all seen those cute clothes pins with decorative paper on them right? Well if not here you go.
Start with some boring clothespins:
(I don’t know why but for some reason I really like this photo.)
Then you cut strips of paper I did just under 1/4 inch by 3 inch strips and modpodged them on. Pretty simple huh?
I used my AC Cardstock “Jolly” that I bought after Christmas last year.
I covered 11 Clothes pins and sewed them facing alternate directions on an 22 inch ribbon. Start 1 inch down and sew them 2 inches apart.
Then I rolled the top to make it thicker and sewed to stay that way. I clipped (not sewed) another clothespin to the top and used a command poster strip to hang it on the wall.
Thats it easy peasy. I’m going to make a few more to hold all the cards I get this season.
One of those Christmas Cards looks oddly familiar…..
Oh, that is a very cute idea! And it’s great for small spaces like my apartment too! Too bad I only received one holiday card….it feels a little silly just hanging up that one card 🙂
Hopping!

I love making decoupaged clothespins! I gave a punch last year to family and friends but didn’t think to keep some for myself. Maybe I should whip up a batch so I can use them for diplaying cards too.
