I mean really, yesterday I felt horrible, I went to work (because I’m stubborn like that) and went home 2 hours into my shift. Then I took a 3 1/2 hour nap…wow, that is very unusual for me. After a doctors appt (sinus infection) and a z-pack as well as some Musinex D I feel much better today.
How often in life do we need to just sit back and re-evaluate the situation later. Maybe 5 min/1 hour/1 day later things will look totally different. Or maybe they will look exactly the same but you will have had time to think and process and in my case calm down and realize that the world is not going to end.
Stop, pray, take a breath and re-evaluate it can make all the difference in the world.
